Possibly one of the best fighters, Scuba lives in the Water Region and, as presumed, can swim and dive extremely fast. Because he has trained underwater, Scuba has an advantage in the arena as he can move much quicker than others.

Scuba can analize his opponent in a matter of seconds, and has been known to best brand-new opponents because of it. He also has the ability to slightly change water currents.
